Boy Smells is an independent fragrance and candle house founded in Los Angeles in 2015 by David Kien and Matthew Herman. The studio is best known for its hand-poured beeswax and coconut wax candles, alongside an eau de parfum line that has expanded into body mists, washes, and lotions. Signature scents like Kush, Cedar Stack, and Italian Kiss are formulated to sit outside conventional masculine and feminine categories. The brand is sold direct and at Sephora and Nordstrom, and remains founder-led from Los Angeles.
